Yes! All products sold on Portraits & Co are sold ready to hang. Each Canvas is mounted on a premium sustainable wood frame.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
Portraits & Co only offers refunds if your order arrives damaged. We do not accept returns/exchanges as all orders are "Made to Order" meaning we only print your canvas once you've placed an order.
DO YOU ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY?
Unfortunately we do not accept Cash on Delivery as a payment method as all orders are hand-made once an order is placed
CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM CANVAS SIZE?
Yes, in most cases. You can get in touch with us should you require a canvas size that isn't listed on our website. We will try to attend to your requested size.

For all press inquiries, you can email us on support@portraitsandco.com and your email will be forwarded to the best person.
CAN I VISIT YOUR FACILITY?
Unfortunately our facility isn't opened to the public. Your orders are "Made to Order" meaning we create your canvas once you place an order. Our Dubai facility may be open to the press for interviews.
I HAVE MY OWN ARTWORK / IMAGE, CAN YOU PRINT IT ON CANVAS?
In most cases, we don't generally print your own images / artwork on our canvases. However; please feel free to get in touch and we may make an exception.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
At Portraits & Co, we try to make your entire experience with us as memorable as possible. We will do everything we can to get your order delivered in no time. Please note that every order is “Made to Order” meaning Portraits and Co must first create your canvas then ship it.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER IN THE UAE?
It will take 2-5 days to receive your order after placing your order online.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER IN SAUDI ARABIA?
It will take between 5-10 days to receive your order to Saudi Arabia after placing your order online.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
Portraits & Co manufactures all our canvas art in Dubai. We ship from our facility in Dubai across the UAE & GCC.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING?
All UAE & international orders include a tracking number to track your order with our couriers.
IS SHIPPING FREE OF CHARGE?
Shipping is free of charge within the UAE. Shipping charges may apply outside the UAE and are calculated during the checkout process.
