At Portraits & Co, we try to make your entire experience with us as memorable as possible. We do everything we can to get your order delivered in no time. Please note that every order is “Made to Order” meaning Portraits and Co must first create your canvas then ship it.

How long will it take to receive my order within the UAE?

It will take 3-7 business days to receive your order after placing your order online.

How long will it take to receive my order outside the UAE?

It will take between 8-16 business days to receive your order after placing your order online.

Is shipping free of charge?

Shipping charges may apply for both UAE and International orders. 

Do you provide tracking?

Both UAE and International orders include tracking numbers. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and Email with tracking information.
