Yes all canvas products at Portraits & Co are sold ready to hang. Each canvas print is mounted on premium wood from sustainable forests.
What is your return / refund / exchange policy?
Portraits & Co only offers refunds if your order arrives damaged. We do not accept returns / refunds / or exchanges. All orders sold at Portraits & Co are "Made to Order" meaning we only print your canvas and mount it once an order is placed. In the highly unlikely event that you receive a damaged canvas, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What is the depth of the wood frame of canvas products sold at Portraits & Co?
The depth of all canvas products sold at Portraits & Co is 3.5cm gallery depth. While other stores may offer slimmer depth such as 1cm or 2cm to be able to sell you cheaper canvas art, we don't do that. We strictly follow gallery standards which is 3.5cm. This will help bring out your piece and make it look stunning from all angles. After all, we promise you "Museum Quality" and to do this, it's important we maintain 3.5cm gallery depth
Do you accept cash on delivery as a payment method?
Unfortunately we do not accept cash on delivery as a payment method at Portraits & Co as all orders are "Made to Order" meaning we only print you canvas and mount it once an order is placed.
Can a custom size be requested?
Of course! while we do offer numerous sizes in both landscape and portrait formats, if you need a specific size not listed on our website, please get in touch with us at email@example.com to help you out

Can I visit your facility?
Unfortunately our facility isn't open to the general public. Your orders are "Made to Order" meaning we create your canvas print and mount it once an order is placed. Our Dubai facility may be open for press related inquiries. However if you are interested in taking a tour just out of interest; please get in touch!
I have my own artwork / image, can you print it on canvas for me and mount it?
Of course! Just visit our custom collection here choose your size, layout and upload your image or images and we will take care of the rest!

How long does it take to receive my order?
It takes on average between 3-7 business days to receive your order within the United Arab Emirates. For orders shipped outside the United Arab Emirates, your order can take between 8-16 business days.

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping charges may apply during checkout based on weight and destination.
