Do you offer refunds?

Portraits & Co does not offer refunds. We only provide refunds on the highly unlikely event that you receive a damaged order. 

On the extremely rare occasion that your order arrives damaged - you then have the option to request a full refund or a replacement. Images of your damaged product must be sent to support@portraitsandco.com 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/item?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges as each canvas is made to order.
